New Legal Opinion Apparently Limits Teacher Parking Permits Only To Streets On Boundaries of PMHS Middle School Campus

Teacher/staff permits for onstreet parking apparently must be limited to streets on the boundaries of the Pelham high school/middle school campus, according to a new legal opinion from the NY State Attorney General’s office.

This means the proposal for onstreet teacher parking on Iden, “lower” Stellar and other Pelham Manor streets may be dead.
